Synergy Indoor is a South Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation through music education, leadership development, and mentorship. What began as an indoor percussion ensemble has grown into a year-round educational organization that provides students across the Rio Grande Valley with opportunities to learn, lead, and thrive.

 

At Synergy, we believe that every student deserves access to exceptional educational experiences, regardless of their background or financial circumstances. Through educational camps, leadership workshops, clinics, outreach initiatives, and competitive performing arts programs, we create an environment where students develop not only as performers, but as confident leaders, educators, and engaged members of their communities.

Our students receive instruction from experienced educators while building skills that extend far beyond music. They learn teamwork, communication, discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that prepare them for success in college, careers, and life. Along the way, they form lasting friendships, discover their potential, and become part of a community that supports and believes in them.

Synergy also places a strong emphasis on student wellness. Through physical conditioning, injury prevention, healthy habits, and mentorship, we encourage students to care for both their physical and mental well-being, creating a culture where growth is measured not only by performance, but by personal development.

Our programs have provided students with opportunities to participate in nationally recognized educational and performance experiences, including PASIC, TMEA, WGI, and DCI, exposing them to the highest levels of the marching arts while expanding their vision for what is possible.

Looking ahead, our mission remains the same: to strengthen music education throughout the Rio Grande Valley by developing knowledgeable musicians, compassionate leaders, future educators, and confident young adults who will inspire the next generation.
